Why not just host it on the internet instead of the device? Have you confirmed the device can act as a server with regular carriers? Will it only work in wifi mode? Don't you care about slowing down a user's tablet CPU just to run your web app? Don't you care to leave the devices vulnerable to attacks on that particular service?
