Last message in Eclipse is: "Launching a new emulator with Virtual
Device"... I can see on the web that there should be subsequent
messages which show that Eclipse can see the emulator is booted up and
begins to deploy the app. to the emulator.

I am running the 'Hello, Android' program from Eclipse. When I do
that, it starts the emulator, but then it never deploys or runs the
program in the emulator.
