Hi,
There is a configuration file in your home directory (or it should be) in my Kubuntu system is located in /home/user/.config
It is called amarokrc
In that file you should have

   [Playback]
   Master Volume=100

If it is not, try editing the file and adding those line.
Hope it helps
Raúl
Hello,

Since quite some time Amarok starts up with sound level set to 0%.
This started a few months ago with the older version and now with v3 it
still happens.

Is there a somewhere a (hidding)setting with which I can set the sound
level to 100%?

I know I can alter the level manualy but it would be handly if the
level is set 100% when Amarok is fired up like it used to be.
