since you assured me that my setup is correct I played around with my
trac.ini.

Now I found out (what you already knew) that it makes a difference where
you put the activation of agilo.

These settings work and avoid an init-error with the internal
trac-ticket-system.

[components]
agilo.* = enabled
trac.ticket.api.ticketsystem = disabled
trac.ticket.query.querymodule = disabled
trac.ticket.report.reportmodule = disabled
trac.ticket.roadmap.roadmapmodule = disabled
trac.ticket.web_ui.ticketmodule = disabled

The only thing I had to do manually via admin-panel was to activate the
advanced gui.

Thank you very much for the helping hints.

Now I can test the thing under real-life-conditions.
