That's a problem, it should appear an error with written that agilo  
can't be loaded... or Trac is not finding the egg at all... or you  
have python 2.5 and you put in there the agilo egg which is 2.4 :-)

Trac will ask you to upgrade when will load the plugin and will detect  
that it needs to upgrade... so clearly trac is not finding/loading  
agilo :-)
