Crossover cable is 100% useless for Cambium. Unless you're referring to the power polarity being reversed (those are two different things)?
Force180/200 will accept normal power just like Ubnt. This is what we use for the most part. The only hassle is a wrong cable (denoted with electrical tape) for Force 110 or integrated epmp.
