We have a training contact we use. Granted, the training I send my techs to usually costs about $2000 without considering travel, per Diem, or salary. I add all that up and divide it into a monthly earn back which is legal and pretty standard in Texas. I usually do each one for 24 months if less than $4000 and 36 months if over that amount.
You would be surprised how many people would gladly let me pay thousands for training until they have to sign the contract. Then they start waffling.
