I have no proof that I can one hundred percent blame this on SFPs - but - we had quite a few older CCR1036s and 1016s that locked up once in a great while with different vendor SFPs. Everything is on the latest firmware as of a few months ago, beginning of summer maybe, and the lock ups completely went away. Seemed to be a once every couple month event... so we will see.
