Because in this country the ISP is simply evil.  There's no logic to it,
it's just a blind opinion.

I'm sure the cellco is doing some sort of inspection/manipulation.  But
it's perfectly acceptable if they do it.

The kids with no networking knowledge love these articles and the writers
love the ad revenue.
