You could call the FBI and ask about the 7 GHz link, but then your next email might come from CECOT.
Actually, FBI and ATF have some equipment on a site we’re on and years ago I was there at the same time as some of their guys and they seemed really nice. If the link continues to receive interference, like others said, you should run a frequency scan to identify the interfering emission and its bandwidth. If the bandwidth is 40, 80, or 160 MHz, that's probably unlicensed.
