Send me a PM with the coordinates and/or callsign of the receiver that's getting the interference. I'll run the site and tell you if I see anything in the general area that could be suspect.
If the link continues to receive interference, like others said, you should run a frequency scan to identify the interfering emission and its bandwidth. If the bandwidth is 40, 80, or 160 MHz, that's probably unlicensed.
