Greetings Fellow WISPA Members: Many of you talked to me at WISPAPALOOZA and knew I was working on a project where I could resell cellular phone service - much like we resell digital phone / voip service today.
Come this week - my company - Cyber Broadband - will have been offering cellular service for two months - reselling through both the verizon and AT&T network. We've spent over a year researching and networking to find the best way to find a service we can actually implement - for an affordable cost - something that we think will sell better with our service than simply bundling "digital phone". We've concentrated mostly on verizon for now (by far the best network in our area) - and like I said, we've been running this in-house for right at two months now without any problems. I have now taken this offering and will make it available to the rest of you via our "wispcellularconnection" - Here are the available plans: [verizon] 250 minutes - 250 txts - 10 mb data - $15 1200 minutes - 3000 txts - 250 mb - $35 unlimited minutes - unlimited txts - 200 mb data - $45 unlimited minutes - unlimited txts - 2 gb data - $60 unlimited minutes - unlimited txts - 5 gb data - $80 There is also an annual plan that can be sold (2000 minutes for one year) Additionally, we've just learned we have the capability of selling a 3g mifi-type device that also runs on the verizon network. (like, 3 pm on 12/10/2012) My goal here was to be able to put together a service that I can turn around and offer to our industry to help increase ARPU. My 2nd goal here was to be able to get it out to you ASAP in case any of you want to try to get this out to your customers before Christmas.
