Months ago, there was an email here on this platform discussing concessions in air fares with Indigo and Air India flights.
However, nothing is mentioned on Indigo’s website at least and I called the customer care of Indigo up on which they directed me to enquire in the ticket counter of the airport. The manager made me wait for an hour there only to be told that there is no such policy with Indigo and requested me to get any circular/document from the company stating the same.
