Settings, Accessibility, Touch, Vibration, turn that off. Note: if you turn off this service, you may not get the vibration/haptic feedback for other functionalities like, reaching to home, notifications and control center as well.

Toggle System Haptics Off and test if the keyboard vibration stops. If it does, you can try turning it back On and testing the keyboard again, as turning it off and on sometimes "resets" the function. If it fixes the keyboard issue, you may have to keep it off (this will turn off other subtle system vibrations, like when opening a notification).
