I am so sorry to hear that, let us try another approach:
Go to Settings Tap Sounds & Haptics Scroll all the way to the bottom and look for the setting: System Haptics. Toggle System Haptics Off and test if the keyboard vibration stops. If it does, you can try turning it back On and testing the keyboard again, as turning it off and on sometimes "resets" the function. If it fixes the keyboard issue, you may have to keep it off (this will turn off other subtle system vibrations, like when opening a notification).
