Try adding the text in the image about the thumb impression and reupload and see it works.

However, for the issue with not being able to upload your thumb, impression has to be reported to somebody with their technical team. As per my understanding, it is probably the size of the file or the image file that is giving the problem. Most of these websites do not accept more than 20 MB of a file.
