Instead of the signature, I am trying to upload the scanned photo of my thumb impression. When I am trying to upload the signature, it the web-page says that it is an error and the signature cannot be in the capital letters. What I understand is that if we do not or cannot sign, the thumb impression is accepted. What can I do in such scenarios?
