first, my apologies for not writing this email sooner. Actually, I was so
much busy.
Now coming to the email.
I received those glasses. And, still the problem was the same. And at this
point, I was shocked. I called someone (with hoom I was already in
contact). And, we boath tried doing it, but it dint worked. So, what I did
was, used another iPhone, (iPhone 7). it was having an airtel sim. And,
well, just as pranav said, magic happened, and the glasses got connected.
And, then what I realized that, these new glasses were working, but this
time, this was my network, not these glasses.
So, once again SVG technologies, thanks for your prompt resolution.
and, no, the original product (before the replaced product), it is
jennuenly not working. I have checked it.

fast forward to today.
due to my so busy schedule, I din't got that much time to explore those
glasses. But, still when they worked for the very first time, I used them
for a good amount of time.
So, today, I thought to take them out to put them on. But, again, I tried
turning on that device, and it was not at all working. Pluss, I don't know
what's the issue, this thing's heeting so much. I am using there own
charger to charge the glasses. And, just within 5 MINS, it was heeting so
much. Pluss, there was no indication of my glasses being charged or not.
I symply don't know what to do.
I will also write to that person from the SHG technologies. Either now, or
tomorrow. Because, its too laight. But, this heeting episode is too scairy.
Would request the users to share there experience.
and once again, I want to make it very clear, that, I have problems with
glasses, not with anyone from the SHG technologies. Honestly, the people
who are helping me, are so good. From day one, they are giving there all in
this issue. So, once again my hartiest thanks to them. But, this
heeting thing, its very scairy.
I hope, SHG technologies will read this and offer me a sollution.
