I have noted down your feedback. Although as you know I neither work for any Sugamya Bharat MOU partner nor work for Sugamya Bharat Team. I have been trying to make this app accessible for Persons with disabilities for 2 years. The irony of this app is that it is made by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in 2020 to solve infrastructure, digital and transport related accessibility issues which Persons with Disabilities face in daily life but it itself is inaccessible in 2025. After so many posts by me on Twitter/X around 50 may be more than that, speaking about this in Ch 20's G 20, Lokmat News Paper, many emails, decrease rating on Google Play Store, many times conversation with two people who are original developers of Sugamya Bharat, complain register on EDistrict Website, raising this app issue wherever I could raise, aware the people and my friends about the app issue and ask them to post on this issue on Twitter/X app and many things. I can clearly remember that I did call Rajesh Aggarwal sir (Secretary of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities) He told me we will sign an MOU to fix this issue. I shared good news regarding MOU in many Social Media Groups. The Radio Udaan Convention last year was going to start in one or two days. Rajesh Aggarwal sir himself said that we will do MOU to fix the Sugamya Bharat App issue because we are receiving so many complaints on Twitter in the last Radio Udaan Convention. Noone posted more than me on Sugamya Bharat App issues on Twitter/X and no one took so much effort to fix these types of issues. You can verify on my Twitter/X Account @Sugamyata to cut a Long story short After MOU also. After some time improvement stopped after that I also made pressure.
