Well i don't think it has been. One thing i have to understand is my users telling me they experienced delays in looking some sites and/or ssh'ing to other universities, which of course they blame on the admin (me, in this case) as they don't understand what ipv6 is about and/or why it is good to run it.
As Pekka also posted, Bind 9.3 is looking a bit worrying to me since i don't want network delays to happen.
