xrefresh - refresh all or part of an X screen ---------------------------------------------
This release adds the -delay & -help options to the man page, after adding them to the program in the 1.1.0 release. It also adds support for building with meson as well as autoconf. Please test building with meson and report any issues you hit to: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/app/xlsclients/-/issues as we plan on removing the autoconf build support in a future release.
