I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to request support regarding an issue I’m experiencing with Kali Linux. Upon starting the system, it gets stuck on a blue screen and does not proceed to the desktop environment. I attempted to use the startx command, as suggested in a forum, but it returned an error and did not resolve the problem.
