I think, I got same issue on early versions of f13 , 
After many updates the problem had gone ... 

maybe: xserver 1.8.0-12
- Update redirected pixmaps patch fixing several memory leaks
- Add a fix for client resource table corruption
  (More updates from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27767)
