Death to mfb.
... and stay dead.
This is a clear statement, but I'm a bit surprised X won't support a whole
class of devices, which are still in use in embedded devices.
What's the right way of implementing a monochrome framebuffer driver? Using
8bpp with fbdev and do the mapping in the kernel, or write an x driver?
