Hi Peter!

I've just reviewed this patch. Assuming that the kdrive evdev keyboard was
correctly attached to master keyboard, I've just removed the kdrive.c part
of this patch, keeping the evdev.c part and... voilà! My Xephyr keyboard
LEDs are being correclty.

Since I've just resent my patch series without this one included, I'll
submit it separately.
