out how to define how to pick a single client to deliver keyboard events
to?
I think it's fine, I can't think of a use-case where guessing who to
deliver to is better than just restricting it to the owner. Then again,
I don't write X clients so I'm not the best person to ask :)

note that this does not handle XI2 raw keyboard events, they will need to be
handled as well.
Yup, if we agree on the design of this change, that'll be easy to add.
