There is a requirement for the build to not rely on internet connection, a similar issue was raised during the DocBook/XML conversion, as some obscure low level tools were using it. In addition, you get version control on the spec from which the wrappers are generated. Reviewed-by: Gaetan Nadon <[email protected]> I can generate the wrappers on Debian, so looks good.
