Fix up some portability and build issues in the FD passing code introduced
in 1.9.2. Now builds & works on Solaris as well as Linux, can be enabled
or disabled via --enable-sendfds and --disable-sendfds flags to configure.

Alan Coopersmith (2):
Check if we need to define _XOPEN_SOURCE for struct msghdr.msg_control
      libxcb 1.9.3

Daniel Martin (1):
Initialize automake earlier (bugfix for #66413)

Keith Packard (2):
Switch to using the CMSG_* macros for FD passing
Add configure option to enable or disable fd passing with sendmsg
