The way you word things, you seem to suspect an issue in Xen. The log you've provided suggests a Linux kernel side issue though. Could you clarify that indeed this is an issue with Xen 4.13 RC1, i.e. that the same issue doesn't occur with older Xen, e.g. 4.12.1?
