So this can, by now, be called a reliably recurring failure. Looking
at the particular test's history I see that it has been consistently
failing on the 4.9 and 4.11 branches. I wonder whether the
single instance of success during 4.10 flight 129676 can really be
taken to prevent a push of this branch.
