Thanks for fixing this. I have/had an identical patch in my v2
of the `stuff from the Debian package series'.
The mistake occurred because the patch was, in the Debian package,
prepared against a 4.11 tree, and then cherry-picked across. IWBNI
there was a make variable that would obviate the need to change these
versions everywhere...
