The certificate of the HTTPS proxy has been renewed, and osstest has
been updated to use the new certificates. So that commit should work.
In other word, osstest is ready for a revert of b5cc3c25a242 ("Revert
"build: Change remaining xenbits.xen.org link to HTTPS"")
