Note that this means "and", not "or". So I think what you want is "Education or Science". I think we should clarify the spec and replace "Education;Science" with explicit "Education and Science". I'll do that in a week or so, unless someone objects. The other change I don't like in your patches is NetworkService, which I feel is too vague and won't be helpful. I'm +1 for all other changes. Unless someone objects within a week, I'll push your patches.
