Only three DLLs still failing tests!

For me, only user32, gdi32, and urlmon are failing tests on linux these days.
And there's only one failure in urlmon: stream.c.

Jacek, can you have a look at that urlmon failure?
It'd be cool to be down to just two dlls with test failures!
