Basically, please don't do them. For starters, the GUI resources are constantly changing. Keeping the other versions in sync would be a full time job.
Secondly, it causes problems with getting a clean diff against CVS because of the way I'm doing it.. Right now I don't think winecfg is stable enough to be doing translation work, especially considering the total lack of support in the win32 windowing system for non-sucky i18n. thanks -mike
