+Description

+Remove the border when there is only one window visible. Simpler
reimplimentation of [noborder](../noborder/). Heavily inspired by
[uselessgap](../uselessgap/). As this patch basically adds the borderless
functionality of uselessgaps, there is no point in using both patches.
