indeed, we should agree on a general date pattern.
I propose the following:
We take the result of the Doodle as a generic monthly day and time,
based on UTC (see the time zone selector at Doodle). For whom the
current choice you made doesn't fit, please change accordingly.
Alex, you should also check for conflicts with design, QA, ESC and board
calls, as some of the times mentioned collide with those.
