I found a configuration option that solved the issue. I can display all
pages now.

I didn't get the new multilingual support running with the old database
now. Thus I drop the German translations of some pages for the static
export.

The next steps to get the export final:

- remove the language option and the login from all html-pages
- remove the image links for program and speaker from the program and
the speaker folder page
- download and add the images of the rooms to the rooms folder and edit
the links to the images in the html pages of each room.
- add the TDF-Footer to each html page.
