MediaStream is not a working optional feature at this point. You will need
some minor modifications to the qmake files to make it build, and probably
a few changes to the sources, but there is no saying if major things are
missing and would need cherry-picking from upstream.
Btw. MediaStream is not yet enabled in Qt 5.2 either, but if anyone needs it
and wants to work on it, we will gladly accept patches to enable it.
