Hi Jerry,You'll need to build WebKit yourself with -DENABLE_MEDIA_SOURCE=ON. Be aware that it is experimental and not supported. It might be buggy. We have a developer working on it and are hoping that it will be in a better state for WebKitGTK+ 2.20.
Sorry to bring bad news, Michael P.S. You might have better luck with 2.16 or 2.18 rather than 2.14.
