It looks like USE(TEXTURE_MAPPER_GL) is currently used as part of the GTK port, 
so the folks who maintain that port are the most likely to be interested.

Please file a bug report <http://www.webkit.org/quality/reporting.html>. It’s 
OK to send mail the webkit-dev list if you want to discuss how to fix a bug, 
but it’s not polite to report a bug by sending mail instead of following the 
process from the website.
