WebKit currently only implements window.crypto.getRandomValues. I'm proposing to add support for window.crypto.subtle functionality.
I'm going to add a feature define, and to prefix the names (so it will be window.crypto.webkitSubtle). https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122679 tracks this work.
