Unreviewed. [WPE] Fix building with Clang due to unsafe buffer usage errors.
Sprinkle WTF_ALLOW_UNSAFE_BUFFER_USAGE_{BEGIN,END} as needed to prevent
Clang erroring/warning during the build for the WPE port.
