[ Site Isolation ] Fix results reporting for API-tests, and iOS tests with
the site-isolation flavor

API-tests should now report to the site-isolation flavor. This also should fix
the reporting for OpenSource iOS testers that run as --iphone-simulator, and
not --ios-simulator.
