Use XPCObjectPtr more for XPC objects

Unfortunately, we have to specify the template parameter explicitly for now
because some of our bots use an older version of LLVM which doesn't support
template deduction for templated aliases (XPCObjectPtr is a templated alias
for OSObjectPtr). See https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/54051
