302691@main makes it impossible to create a LegacyWebArchive with null main
resource, so WebArchivePrivate will hold
a null coreArchive instead of a empty coreArchive. Removing a stale debug
assertion in WebArchivePrivate that asserts
coreArchive cannot be null.
