[Site isolation] Layout tests in `pointerevents/mouse` need to be updated to
wait for events to complete

Reviewed by Abrar Rahman Protyasha and Wenson Hsieh.
Each of the failing tests in `pointerevents/mouse` have been updated
to wait for eventSender to complete the mouse actions before proceeding.
This prevents the test from ending prematurely, which in turn causes
the tests to fail.
