Most people who are doing color critical work will have access to
a color measurement instrument, or will have some other method of
ensuring the consistency and availability of accurate display
characterization information (i.e. and ICC profile).

People who do serious printing will likely have access to a spectrometer
instrument of some sort to be able to measure prints, as well
as better characterize their displays.
