hmm, having a second look at this: the 300ms is the drag timeout which was reduced from 500ms before the config option to disable it was added. we can increase this again, but please try to measure what timeout is required. Too short and the dragging doesn't always work, too long and the delay to release is too annoying. I'd like to err on the too short side, since they're less likely to be triggered. the current timeout for tap is 180ms, that's both the doubletap and the drag timeout. I don't know how far we can reduce that to make doubletapping/drag reliable but still work well for your situation. again, measuring your interactions would be useful here. > <https://github.com/tigersoldier/libinput/tree/wip/three-fingers-dragging> > > > > Please see this bug here > > https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89999 > > > Interesting decision. I'll comment in the bug. Hope you don't mind. np, that's why I dug up the URL :) Cheers, Peter _______________________________________________ wayland-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/wayland-devel
