It's probably more clear to not provide wayland-egl.pc at all, since it would be a complete lie. No EGL Wayland client can work.
This requires also --disable-wayland-compositor, but the Wayland backend is an EGL Wayland client, so it cannot work anyway. Reduces the build time a bit, too.
